Step 5 of 8

Step 5 of 8: Documents · Next: Verification

Documents and signature

Your documents are prepared with the data you confirmed. Read each one to the end, verify your identity, then sign: the signature button only works once all of that is done.

Signature mode

Simple electronic signature

You type your first name and surname, tick the statement, then click “Sign”. The server keeps each document as you read it, its SHA-256 fingerprint, the time and the connection address. You receive a signature receipt, to download here.

This is a simple electronic signature within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 910/2014, article 3(10). Your signature is an offer of mandate: GABEM accepts it after the verification and the payment.

The documents are in French

The mandate and the terms of sale are written in French, and the French version prevails. Each document comes with a plain-English summary, “What you are signing”, which has no contractual value: if the two differ, the document prevails.

An English translation of the mandate, for information, is not available yet. If you need one before signing, book a call.

Three things to do on this page

  1. 1Read each document to its last line, with the summary box, and tick “I have read”.
  2. 2Check who signs and their authority to bind the company.
  3. 3Sign: type your name, tick the statement; the button works once everything is ready.

Who signs, and can they bind the company?

Automatic check of full reading. The EPR expert reviews a delegation of authority if the signatory is not the legal representative.

9 automatic checks. An expert point is only ticked by a person, after reading.
