What the mandate authorises

Article L. 541-10-9-1 of the French Environmental Code makes the representative step into the EPR obligations covered by the mandate it accepts. The annex to your mandate lists those obligations, the data you provide and who pays each PRO. The article does not say whether the producer remains liable alongside the representative.
You pay the PROs directly. France REP does not carry your eco-contributions.
